This page explains what the Vorp Labs website collects and how that information is used. The short version: we collect what people submit, use it to respond or send requested updates, and keep the site analytics lightweight.
Last updated: June 7, 2026
Information we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect the email address, message, request type, optional company or project name, and any details you choose to include.
When you subscribe to notes or updates, we collect the email address you submit.
When you use a scheduling link, the scheduler may collect booking details such as your name, email, calendar availability, and meeting preferences.
The site may collect basic technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as request metadata, browser information, and spam-prevention signals.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to requests, understand whether there is a useful next step, send requested updates, operate the site, prevent abuse, and improve the content and workflows on the site.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use contact-form submissions to build broad advertising profiles.
Service providers
We use service providers to run the website and related workflows. These may include hosting, database storage, email delivery, newsletter delivery, scheduling, analytics, and security tooling.
Current or planned providers include Fly.io for hosting, Resend for contact-form email, Buttondown for newsletter subscriptions, SavvyCal or a similar scheduler for booking, and Plausible Analytics for privacy-friendly site analytics.
These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us.
Analytics and cookies
The site uses Plausible Analytics, which is designed to measure site usage without cookies or cross-site tracking.
If the site later adds tools that use cookies or similar tracking, this policy should be updated before those tools are used for regular acquisition flows.
Retention
We keep contact and newsletter information only as long as it is useful for the purpose it was submitted, needed for business records, or required by law.
We may delete stale, irrelevant, duplicate, or abusive submissions at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete contact information you submitted, subject to reasonable business, security, and legal limits.
You can unsubscribe from newsletter or marketing emails using the unsubscribe method in the email, or by contacting us directly.
You can ask us not to contact you again, and we will keep the minimum information needed to honor that request.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for the information we keep.
No website, database, or email system is perfectly secure. Please do not send passwords, secrets, sensitive credentials, private keys, regulated personal data, or confidential customer data through the public forms.
Children
The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy as the site, tools, or business changes. The updated date at the top of the page will show when the policy was last revised.
